The photo shows the table before the sand has been added - why paint the bottom blue? Water features can be added by just pushing the sand aside - Brilliant!

We used to use a sand table all the time, but now a roll-out grass mate does the business - with less sand everywhere!
Quite clever, but the sand would drive me crazy.

We used these thing to great effect in the Army, and I've even gamed on a few, but yeah... the sand gets everywhere. :/
Must be a lot of sand in to this, cool idea ;-)
